The Irish are renowned for chatting about the weather. Today there is one ‘house-keeping’ note about the weather that we need to keep in mind. Recently there was a red weather alert for wind and rain and the way these are becoming more prevalent, we want to say that when any red alert in relation to the weather in our area, the Church and the Adoration will be closed. It can be taken for granted that that is the decision taken. The closure will be for as long as necessary in the case of the alert. In those circumstances it is important that everyone keeps safe.
