Monday 4th April: St. Isidore: became Bishop of Seville in 600 and died there in 636. A doctor of the Church, his writings created a veritable encyclopaedia of knowledge. Patron saint of the internet.
Tuesday 5th April,: St. Vinvent Ferrer: (1350-1419). Dominican priest, who preached throughout Spain, France and Italy. Helped to bring unity to the Church around the time of the Great Schism when there were Avignon and Roman claimants to the papacy.
Thursday 7th April: St. John Baptist de la Salle, (1651-1719) devoted his life to the care and education of poor children and to the training of teachers. Patron of teachers.
