The 3rd and final stage of the East Cork Camino Jubilee Year Pilgrimage of Hope from Killeagh to Youghal, under the patronage of Our Lady of Graces, took place on Saturday September 13th, with large numbers in attendance. The organisers would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all the parishioners from Midleton Parish as well as the nine other parishes within the Deanery area who participated and supported the Jubilee Year Pilgrimage initiative throughout the summer. Your prayerful support, generous participation and numerous attendances at each of the Prayer Services and Masses at each stage of the Pilgrimage was very encouraging and deeply appreciated.
A special thank you to all the clergy, choir members, volunteers and members of Parish Pastoral Councils from Midleton, Imogeela, Killeagh and Youghal parishes in particular, who co-operated so closely to ensure the success of the Jubilee Year Pilgrimage along every stage. It is hoped that the 2025 Pilgrimage of Hope has bestowed many graces and blessings on the people of our Deanery Area and we look forward to collaborating again for future events in time to come.
