Stage one of the Jubilee Year Pilgrimage of Hope was successfully completed last weekend.
The second stage from Mogeely to Killeagh on Saturday August 9th begins with Mass at 8.00 am in the Sacred Heart Church, Mogeely. For those who would like to participate, pilgrim passports and booklets are available either from the Midleton Parish Office or at the start of stage two. There is no charge for the passports, but a donation would be appreciated to cover printing and advertising costs.
Pilgrims may walk as individuals, as families, or as organised groups as they wish. Pilgrims make their own arrangements for returning from Killeagh.
Those who are unable to walk the route may also take part in the pilgrimage by attending the 8.00 am Mass in Mogeely or the mid-morning prayer service in Killeagh Parish Church.
