The ‘Corpus Christi’ Procession took place last weekend after the Noon Mass. We would like to thank all those who helped in any way to ensure that it went off so well: the committee who organized the procession; the choir, the organist, the band who enhanced the celebration; the altar servers, the first communion girls and boys who walked in the procession — the girls strewing flowers and the boys giving a ‘guard of honour’ for the Blessed Sacrament; those who looked after the children on the day; the canopy bearers; the sacristans and the groundskeepers; those on the route who decorated their homes; the gardai for ensuring the route was closed off for the necessary needed; those who led the prayers and all who walked in the procession.
