The 3rd and final Stage of the inter-parish Camino takes place on Saturday September 5th from Castlemartyr to Ballintotis. Please note carefully the revised arrangements. This stage will be guided and pilgrims are asked to stay together as a group, as they walk the route after the mass.
10.00am Mass in St Joseph’s Church Castlemartyr.
10.30am Pilgrims walk as a group via the Resort to Mitchell’s Woods entrance.
10.45am Mitchell’s Wood entrance on Ladysbridge Road to Ballyoughtera Church ruin & Graveyard.
11.15am Prayer & brief presentation on the historical significance of Ballyoughtera.
11.30am Proceed as a guided group to Ballintotis Church for concluding prayer, followed by refreshments in Ballintotas Community Centre afterwards.
Prayer petitions boxes are available in both churches. All are welcome to participate in all or any part of this day.
